Account entry stalled without a recovery option
After entering an email and password on /sign-up and clicking “Continue”, a Cloudflare “Verify you are human” checkbox appeared while the submission button kept spinning. Clicking the checkbox did not complete verification in this session. “Continue with Google” from signup reached the same state. I then tried Google from /sign-in, completed Google's basic profile-and-email consent, and returned to /sso-callback. That page remained on “Finishing sign-in...” when revisited more than four minutes later and after a reload, with no error, retry control, or route back to the product. I could not reach a workspace. Provide a clear timeout and recovery path, and distinguish waiting for verification from an active sign-in request.

The guide and homepage describe different first-use workflows
The homepage and Beta offer describe “Briefing, Architecture, and QA” agents. Following “See how it works” opens /guide, whose introduction says “Willder runs two agents — Research and Copy” and starts with connecting a mailbox, adding prospects, and running an outreach campaign. The Architecture page returns to Briefing, Architecture, and QA. As a new user, I could not tell whether I was signing up for product-team knowledge workflows or outbound email campaigns. Align the main guide with the current product, or clearly label outreach as a separate use case.
3
Mobile headers remove navigation without a replacement
On mobile at 390 × 844, the homepage, Guide, and Architecture headers showed only the logo, theme control, and “Get started”. The desktop navigation and “Sign in” disappeared without a menu. On the Architecture page, “← Back to Willder” also disappeared, and tapping the logo did nothing. I had to use browser Back to return. Add a mobile menu with the main destinations and sign-in, and make the Architecture logo link home.
4
The mobile comparison table cuts off a product benefit
On mobile, the homepage's “What you actually get.” comparison table clipped the Willder column in the “Turn decisions into an architecture plan” row. Text beginning “Ground...” and “confirm...” was cut off at the card's right edge. Attempting to scroll horizontally over the table did not reveal the missing text. Reflow the comparison into mobile-friendly rows or cards so the complete benefit remains readable.
5
Light mode makes the primary signup buttons difficult to read
Clicking “Switch to light mode” on the homepage changed the page to a light theme, but “Start free” and the header's “Get started” displayed very dark text on dark brown button backgrounds. Their labels became much harder to read than the secondary links. Give filled primary buttons a contrasting text color in light mode.
6
Security and documentation links do not lead to their promised content
In the Guide footer, “SECURITY” and “DOCS” both pointed to https://willder.ai/guide#. Clicking “SECURITY” changed the URL to /guide# and returned to the top of the same guide instead of opening security information. This leaves users without the information those labels promise, particularly when deciding whether to connect a mailbox or upload company knowledge. Replace the placeholder destinations with the relevant pages or remove the links until that content is available.
7
The Guide's Beta link loses its section destination
The Guide header's “Beta” link pointed to https://willder.ai/ rather than /#beta. Clicking it opened the homepage hero instead of the “Free during beta.” offer. The Guide's “Platform” and “Memory” links also displayed the root homepage as their destination, while the homepage and Architecture page use section-specific links. Preserve the section anchors across pages so users can reach the information named in the navigation.
